Machines for drilling and processing hemispheres are portal machines of increased rigidity designed specifically for solving non-standard tasks, such as drilling holes up to 50 mm in diameter, threading up to M22 and processing elliptical products (hemispheres), as well as cutting sheet metal and pipes. The units can be equipped with a fast rotating magazine for 16 tools with automatic change, as well as a special rotator with an angle of inclination up to 90° and a stroke along the Z axis of 1000 mm., which allows processing elliptical workpieces up to 850 mm high.
