Waterjet cutting machines are high-precision portal CNC waterjet cutting machines for cutting a wide range of materials, primarily those that cannot be processed using thermal or mechanical cutting: stone, ceramics, plastic, rubber, glass, wood, metal alloys, etc. To protect machine parts from corrosion and the effects of abrasive materials, all the main elements of the machine are made of stainless steel and have protective covers. The units can be equipped with a 5-axis waterjet head, as well as a plasma or drilling caliper.

CNC plasma cutting machines are CNC gantry machines for cutting metal of the highest class, designed for long-term industrial use and meeting the highest requirements for accuracy, productivity and ease of operation. MG installations have a wide range of options: a laser system for automatic sheet detection and a CCD video camera, the possibility of 3D inclined plasma and oxygen gas cutting, cutting pipes, profiles, domes or pipe bends, drilling with automatic tool change, as well as jet or pneumatic marking. The design features of the portal allow oxygen cutting of the workpiece up to 250 mm.

Gas-oxygen cutting machines are CNC portal machines for gas-oxygen cutting of sheet metal in large volumes during multi-shift operation. The design of the installation allows cutting sheets up to 300 mm thick, using up to 8 gas calipers with an additional 5-axis caliper at the same time, as well as rotary three-cutter gas blocks for further double-sided welding. The installations allow cutting round and square pipes, ink marking and drilling holes up to 40 mm in diameter.

Gas-oxygen and plasma cutting machines are universal portal CNC machines designed for cutting sheet metal in automatic mode using gas-oxygen and plasma cutting processes with additional marking and processing capabilities for both square and round pipes. The units can be used in heavy industry for cutting medium-sized sheets. Two types of equipment are offered – for plasma cutting (with linear guides) or a more economical option for gas cutting (with rail guides).
